Netherlands:
-All orders are shipped out via PostNL.
-Orders are shipped WITHOUT track and trace. Track and trace options will become available in the future.
-Orders will be shipped out between 3-5 days, after an order is placed. '
-Domestic shipping within NL: 1-3 days
International:
-International shipping is 7-14 days.
-Orders are shipped out without track and trace, unless requested otherwise. Track and trace can increase the price of shipping.
International shipping may take longer than listed, so please be patient.
Most orders placed in the Netherlands arrive sooner than the time
listed, but the time listed is a safety net to account for things like
the holiday season, over-worked courier services, and my own time.
Packaging:
All prints are shipped in stiff karton mailers to prevent bending, and paintings are shipped in karton boxes or heavy duty mailers.
All A4 prints (or smaller) are protected inside mailers with a plastic sleeve to prevent possible water damage.
If any items arrive damaged, or do not arrive at all, please contact me so we can sort out a solution.
