Return and Refund Policy

***DUE TO COVID I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS***

Refunds however, are accepted under certain conditions.

Since Big Cartel doesn’t actually handle the payments, those refunds will be issued directly through Stripe or PayPal, depending on which checkout option was used at the time that particular order was placed.


I can accept a refund if:

-The art you received is damaged during the shipping process.

-If you received the wrong item, the refund will be accepted and the right item shipped to you.

-If a weird circumstance occurs where you need a refund, and you're not sure if it'll work out, please message me! I'll try my best to solve the situation with you.


Refunds are NOT accepted for:

-Art that is damaged during your ownership (a pet chewing on it, spilling a drink on your piece, leaving your piece in conditions unfitting for art)

- If the item arrives late, or not in time for a gift event. It is up to you to order something in time for occasions, and I have no control over the shipping times.
